Meet Debra Rockman
I have studied massage since the 70s, at first informally. Then, I participated in massage courses offered by the Wholistic Health Club, which I helped found, at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
My interest carried over in my move to Florida in 1984. I attended Suncoast School of Massage, graduated in 1990 and later went back and taught for about three years.
After cultivating a prosperous massage practice in both Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, I was contracted to teach and develop curricula for another massage program in Clearwater, Florida.
Keeping my massage license in good standing requires ongoing classes each two years. While I specialize in deeper work, after so many classes in different styles of massage, my style varies with the needs of each individual client.
During more than 35 years of practicing massage, I have had the need for each of my specialities, myself. A few auto accidents have shown me where and how bad it hurts AND what helps. I took those opportunities to study each specialty in depth for my benefit, and now, yours.
